Manager - AMC
Location :- Vikhroli , Mumbai
Experience :- 8–12 years in the fire protection industry, preferably in AMC sales and service operations.
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
Working days :- Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Working Hours :- 9.30am to 6.30 pm

Role Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Manager – AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) to lead AMC sales, contract renewals, customer retention, and service operations.

The role is responsible for driving business growth, improving service delivery, managing customer relationships,



and ensuring profitability through effective contract management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive AMC sales, renewals, and new business development.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades, retrofits, and spare parts.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance across customer sites.
- Ensure timely service delivery and SLA compliance.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on billing and collections.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, and service performance through MIS reports.
- Coordinate with service engineers and ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and maintenance services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, customer management, and team coordination skills.
