Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided calling data.
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers interested in loans.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and existing leads.
- Explain basic loan products, including home loans, personal loans, business loans, and loan against property.
- Understand customer requirements and collect basic information.
- Transfer qualified leads to the sales team for further processing.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead details, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Work towards daily calling targets and monthly lead-generation goals.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates are encouraged to apply.
- 10th, 12th pass or graduate preferred.




- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
- Basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Confident, polite, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed salary: ₹7,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

- Training and guidance will be provided to freshers.
