**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle HR activities and employee relations in the manufacturing industry.
* Understand and address labourers’ needs and grievances.
* Coordinate labour welfare activities and social work initiatives in Gujarat.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
* Communicate effectively with workers, supervisors, and management.
**Required Skills:**
* MBA in HR with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
* Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
* Knowledge of labour laws and labour welfare activities.
* Fluency in Gujarati and valuable communication skills.
* Confidence in handling workers and coordinating social initiatives.
