Job SummaryThe Head of CRM for our dealership group leads the strategic development and execution of our customer lifecycle and retention programs across all locations. This role owns the end-to-end guest journey—from initial digital inquiry and showroom visit to vehicle delivery, service center loyalty, and ultimate trade-in or trade-up.

Key Automotive CRM Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Lifecycle Management

- Lead Conversion Strategy: Design and optimize automated workflows to ensure internet leads, showroom walk-ins, and inbound calls are routed, assigned, and followed up on by sales teams within strict timeframes.
- Equity Mining & Trade-Up Programs: Utilize data-mining tools to identify equity-positive customers and deploy targeted campaigns prompting them to trade in their vehicles for newer models.
- OEM Co-op & Compliance: Ensure all CRM data structures, email templates, and messaging comply with manufacturer (OEM) co-op guidelines and brand standards.

Fixed Operations & Service Retention

- Service Lifecycle Marketing:



Build targeted triggers for scheduled maintenance, safety recalls, declined services, and lease-end notifications to increase service drive utilization.
- First-Time Buyer Onboarding: Implement post-sale welcome paths that successfully convert a variable vehicle buyer into a permanent fixed operations (service) customer.

Data Governance & Dealership Tech Integration

- DMS & CRM Sync: Oversee the data synchronization between the core CRM platform and the Dealership Management System
- Database Sanitization: Enforce strict data hygiene rules to prevent duplicate customer profiles, mismatched VIN data, or outdated contact details across multiple rooftop locations.
