Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month + incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements and explain our software solutions. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to company-provided leads.
- Explain software features and benefits to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and handle queries.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain follow-up records.

Requirements

- Any graduate; BBA/MBA preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
