Job Title: Academic Counsellor – Online PGDM / MBA Programs (Indian Degrees)

Location: Pune/Chandigarh/Mumbai/Bangalore

Experience: 1–6 years in PGDM / MBA admissions or education sales

Job Summary: We are hiring Academic Counsellors to drive enrollments for Online Indian PGDM & MBA programs. The role focuses on student counselling, lead conversion, and revenue generation through disciplined calling productivity and structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and working professionals for Online UG and MBA programs
- Handle inbound & outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, email & CRM
- Explain program structure, eligibility, fees, EMI & approvals (AICTE/UGC/AIU/NAAC)
- Convert leads into confirmed enrollments and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain CRM updates and coordinate with admissions & documentation teams
- Ensure ethical counselling and compliance with admission guidelines

Daily Productivity Metrics (Mandatory):

- Minimum 100 connected calls per day




- Minimum 2 hours 30 minutes daily talk-time
- Timely follow-ups on hot and warm leads

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong tele-counselling and sales closing skills
- Experience in PGDM / MBA admissions sales
- Excellent communication & objection handling
- Target-driven mindset with robust follow-up discipline
- Knowledge of Indian management education ecosystem

Eligibility:

- MBA / PGDM / Graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience in education sales or counselling
