Role summary

Create clear, engaging training content for our skill development and education programmes.

Roles and responsibilities

- Develop content for soft skills, ITES, AI, digital skills, financial literacy and employability programmes.
- Prepare session plans, trainer guides, participant handbooks, PPTs and activity sheets.
- Design assessments (quizzes, pre/post tests, practicals) mapped to learning outcomes.
- Create e-learning modules, video scripts and infographics.
- Review, update, proofread and localise content as needed.
- Deliver modules on time and maintain the content repository.

Key skills

- Instructional design (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, learning outcomes)




- Strong written English and ability to simplify complex topics
- Curriculum, lesson and assessment design
- MS Office / Google Workspace, Canva
- Articulate / Captivate and LMS (SCORM) – preferred
- Responsible use of AI tools for drafting and research
- Attention to detail, time management and teamwork

Qualifications

- Graduate in Computer Science or a related field
- 1–3 years in content, curriculum or instructional design
- Writing samples / portfolio required
- Preferred: skilling, NGO, EdTech or CSR experience; regional language proficiency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
