Job Description

Koozo Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is a Gurgaon-based eCommerce company with established, revenue-generating D2C brands that have achieved product-market validation.

We’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader to scale our brands from 1 10, driving business growth, operations, and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have experience scaling D2C brands across Shopify, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Experience in performance marketing is a plus.

We value a strong ownership mindset, high-frequency execution, data-driven decision-making, and smart use of AI and automation.

We’re looking for someone who can own outcomes, not just strategy, and work closely with the founder.

Requirements

Existing experience in scaling D2C brands across Shopify, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
