We are seeking a motivated Junior Site Engineer to assist in the execution and supervision of construction activities at the project site. The candidate will work under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in site supervision and day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers
- Monitor material usage and report shortages or damages
- Help prepare daily site reports and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
- Assist in quality control and inspection of work
- Support senior engineers in measurements and billing works

Requirements:





- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant field)
- 2–4 years of site experience
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on-site

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Basic understanding of site safety procedures
