Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding their existing orders, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving any issues. The role also involves updating customer information in our ERP system.

Requirements:

- 0-1 year of experience in tele-calling or customer service.
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
