Namoh Doors Industries is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background to manage project execution, site operations, workforce coordination, and timely project completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills, along with practical experience in project management and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion.

* Supervise site activities and ensure timely completion of projects.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams.

* Monitor project progress, budgets, material requirements, and manpower.

* Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

* Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and daily site updates.

* Manage installation and execution activities related to doors and associated civil works, wherever applicable.

* Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and delays.

* Ensure efficient utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.





* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain project documentation.

Required Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

* 6–8 years of relevant experience in project management, site execution, or construction.

* Strong knowledge of project planning, site supervision, and execution.

* Excellent communication, team management, and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
