Job Summary

Dhanvanthri Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Diploma Mechanical Fresher to join our Stores Department as a Store Executive. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuing, stock verification, and maintaining proper store documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials and verify them against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and invoices.
- Check material quantity, description, specifications, and basic identification.
- Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material receiving records.
- Properly arrange, label, and store materials in designated locations.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and material movement records.
- Issue materials to Production, Maintenance, and other departments against authorized requests.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) wherever applicable.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages or material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the store area.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.




- Ensure proper handling and storage of mechanical components, tools, consumables, and spare parts.
- Follow company safety procedures and store management practices.

Required Skills

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components, fasteners, tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Basic understanding of Store & Inventory Management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Good numerical and record-keeping ability.
- Willingness to learn ERP/SAP and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP/Tally will be an advantage.
- Understanding of PO, GRN, Material Receipt, Material Issue, Stock Register, and FIFO.
- Basic ability to identify mechanical parts and components.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings will be an advantage.

- Diploma Mechanical Fresher with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good discipline and attention to detail.
- Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Comfortable working in a factory/shop-floor/store environment.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Responsible for proper handling and control of company materials.
