Role description

Test Planning: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications. • Test Execution: Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team. • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, test engineers, and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for test optimization and improvements and implement practices to enhance the efficiency. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented workplace. • Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers and help them develop their automation skills. Requirements / Qualifications • Able to understand the requirements by going through the BRD and FRD Documents • Should be able to identify high level scenario with a strong product mindset • Proficient in SDLC, STLC and Waterfall,



Agile Methodologies • Quality oriented mind setup with ‘test to break’ attitude, tactful and diplomatic behavior. • Knowledge of Finance / Banking domain is a must • Wealth domain is an added advantage to understand the business • Proficient in creating the test cases for the scenarios identified above • Good Communication skills to interact with stakeholder teams (Business Analysis, Development and Quality Assurance)
