- Make regular calls and follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, stock, orders, and dispatches.
- Manage daily administrative and office coordination tasks.
