Position: Telecaller Intern

Experience: Fresher / Student - 0 to 6 Months

Qualification: 12th Pass / Pursuing Graduation / Any Graduate

Location: Sector 58, Noida [Work From Office]

Stipend: Rs. 8,000 - 10,000 per month + Incentives

Duration: 6 Months

Role Summary

We are looking for energetic & confident Telecaller Interns who are willing to learn and start their career in Sales / Customer Support. No experience needed, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers from provided database
- Explain products/services to customers in a clear manner
- Handle customer queries politely over call
- Generate leads and schedule callbacks for sales team
- Maintain daily call records in Excel / CRM
- Achieve daily calling & lead targets

Requirements

- Fresher - Positive communication skills in Hindi (English will be a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge - Excel, Google Sheet
- Confident, positive attitude & eager to learn
- Must be punctual and regular
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
