1. Recruitment: End-to- end.
2. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
3. Managing entire life cycle which includes Onboarding, Documentation, Grievance, Employee Engagement, Retention, Exit Interviews, Etc.
4. Ensure HR policies and practices aligned with current labour laws and regulations.
5. Proactively address any employee concerns or grievances in collaboration with the leadership team and HR Audit.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
