Krishna Enterprise is an Ahmedabad-based e-commerce company specialising in kids’ and women’s footwear. We sell across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra. We are looking for a performance-driven Marketplace Advertising Manager to manage our advertising campaigns, improve sales and maximise advertising profitability.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and optimise advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra.
- Monitor and improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rates and advertising profitability.
- Increase sales of newly launched products through effective advertising strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets, keyword targeting, bids and product-level advertising performance.
- Identify wasted ad spend and implement strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
- Analyse sales and advertising reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the catalogue and product listing teams to improve product visibility and performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.




- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining control over advertising costs.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marketplace advertising or e-commerce performance marketing.
- Practical experience with Amazon PPC is essential.
- Experience with Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads and Myntra Ads is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, conversion rates and campaign optimisation.
- Ability to analyse data, manage advertising budgets and make decisions based on profitability.
- Experience in footwear, fashion or other high-SKU product categories is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
