- Installation and service of Security System
- Handle complaints or objections
- Adaptable to new technology
- Working with End-Customer, Dealer and Distributor
- Achieve targets; cold calling if required
- Good written & spoken English
- Positive working knowledge of MS Office
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with technical data
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences
- Collaborate with the team to achieve better results
- Flexibility of time and place is required.
