About the Role

Laundry Time is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Account Manager to manage customer accounts, maintain client relationships, coordinate daily business activities, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem-solving, and account management skills, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Account Management

- Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Handle customer queries, requests, feedback, and service-related concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention and repeat business.

2. Customer Coordination

- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other official channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding service updates and requirements.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.

3. Records & Reporting

- Maintain accurate customer details, account records, and communication history.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports as required.
- Track pending requests, follow-ups, and account-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy.

4. Business Development & Retention

- Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with inactive customers to encourage repeat business.




- Identify opportunities for upselling relevant services where appropriate.
- Support business growth by improving customer experience and retention.

5. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with the operations, sales, and customer service teams.
- Monitor the status of customer requests and ensure timely action.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in account management, customer relationship management, or client servicing is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and customer record management.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
- A customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.

Salary & Company Advantages

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000, depending on experience and skills.
- Company-Provided Phone: A separate phone will be provided for official work and business communication.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
