- Handle flight, hotel, bookings
- Assist customers with travel enquiries and provide suitable options.
- Coordinate with vendors (hotels, airlines, transport providers)
- Prepare itineraries and share with clients.
- Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Ensure all details are correctly updated in CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients for payments and documentation.
- Resolve customer issues and provide timely support.
- Maintain daily sales and booking records.

Skills & Requirements:

- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel portals and booking systems.
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate (any field)
- Experience in travel industry (0–3 years or more depending on role)

- Good coordination with internal teams
- Flexible with shifts during peak travel seasons

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
