Job Description: SST Teacher (Up to Class 10)

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and committed Social Studies (SST) Teacher who can teach the complete SST curriculum, covering History, Geography, Civics and Economics, up to Class 10. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of school teaching experience and good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach the complete Social Studies/SST curriculum up to Class 10 as per the school's board syllabus.
- Plan lessons, prepare teaching aids and use engaging methods such as maps, projects and discussions.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations.
- Set and evaluate assignments, tests and examinations, and maintain student records.




- Monitor student progress and give timely feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Take part in school events, meetings and co-curricular activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Capable of teaching the complete Social Studies/SST curriculum up to Class 10.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Relevant graduate/postgraduate degree and B.Ed preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
