Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and well-organised Community Outreach & Business Development to promote Ambimed’s services, build relationships with residential societies and hospitals, coordinate with healthcare staff, and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

The candidate will be responsible for both field-level promotion and day-to-day operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Community Outreach: Visit residential societies, apartments, and housing communities to promote Ambimed’s home healthcare services and explain the benefits to residents.
- Hospital Visits: Visit hospitals to introduce Ambimed’s services and build professional relationships with hospital staff and relevant departments.
- Healthcare Staff Management: Coordinate with nurses, caregiver assistants, and other healthcare professionals hired by the company to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Client Home Visits: Visit clients’ homes when required to understand their needs, monitor service quality, and address concerns.
- Client Feedback: Collect feedback from clients and their families to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.




- Promotional Material Supervision: Monitor and supervise the installation, placement, and condition of Ambimed’s flex boards and other promotional materials at designated locations.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, explain available services, follow up on enquiries, and help convert leads into bookings.
- Operational Coordination: Coordinate between clients, healthcare staff, and the internal team to resolve service-related issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Reporting: Submit regular updates on field visits, leads generated, client feedback, staff coordination, and promotional activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Ability to interact professionally with residents, hospital staff, clients, and healthcare professionals.
- Positive coordination, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in field marketing, customer relations, healthcare operations, or business development will be an advantage. Freshers with the right attitude may also apply.

Compensation

₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
