Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Odoo Developer with 1–2 years of experience in Odoo development and a good understanding of ERP business processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing and customizing Odoo modules, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing functional requirements. Good functional knowledge of Odoo ERP is essential to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Customize existing Odoo functionalities, views, reports, and workflows.
- Develop and modify Odoo models, fields, business logic, and access rights.
- Work with XML, Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework.
- Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve issues related to Odoo modules.
- Assist with API integrations and third-party system integrations.
- Work closely with functional consultants and testers to ensure quality implementation.
- Perform code testing, debugging, and maintenance of existing custom modules.




- Follow coding standards and maintain proper technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in Odoo development.
- Positive knowledge of Python, XML, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework.
- Understanding of Odoo models, views, actions, menus, security, and ORM.
- Good functional knowledge of Odoo modules and business workflows.
- Ability to understand business requirements and implement suitable technical solutions.
- Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, 18, or 19.
- Knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Point of Sale (POS).
- Basic experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Experience in developing custom reports and modifying existing modules.
