Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and confident Video Presenter cum Coordinator who is passionate about presenting textile products and building a career in video content creation.

The candidate will be responsible for presenting our latest textile collections through engaging videos, communicating product details to customers, handling online enquiries, and coordinating customer interactions related to our products.

Freshers with a strong passion for video presenting, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Presentation & Content Creation

- Present our latest textile collections, new arrivals, trending designs, and special offers through engaging videos.
- Confidently explain product features, fabric quality, colours, designs, pricing, and styling options.
- Create attractive and informative video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Present products naturally and professionally in front of the camera.
- Coordinate with the team to plan video shoots and highlight new collections.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and engaging presentation style.

2. Online Customer Query Management

- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, social media,



and other online platforms.
- Respond to questions about product availability, pricing, sizes, colours, designs, and other product details.
- Share relevant product photos, videos, and information with interested customers.

3. Customer Call Handling

- Attend incoming calls related to textile products and customer enquiries.
- Explain product details clearly and assist customers with their questions.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments regarding product availability, orders, and customer requests.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

4. Coordination & Daily Activities

- Coordinate with the sales and management teams regarding new arrivals and featured products.
- Plan and organize daily video presentation activities.
- Keep product information accurate and updated before presenting or responding to customers.
- Maintain records of online enquiries and follow-ups as required.
- Support the team in improving online customer engagement and sales.
- Follow up with potential customers and coordinate with the sales team to support conversions.
- Ensure timely, polite, and skilled responses to all customer enquiries.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence and enthusiasm in front of the camera.
- Clear pronunciation and the ability to explain products effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online communication.
- Interest in fashion, textiles, and digital content creation.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams.
- Malayalam proficiency is essential; English, Hindi, and Tamil language skills are an advantage.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
