Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support business development, acquire new customers, maintain client relationships, and increase courier service bookings and revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers, corporate clients, and businesses to promote courier and logistics services.
- Generate new business leads and develop opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Visit clients and explain the company's courier services, pricing, and delivery solutions.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers to convert leads into business.
- Coordinate with hub operations and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily sales reports,



customer visit reports, and periodic performance updates.
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Support customer acquisition, account management, and client retention activities.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the courier or logistics industry.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development abilities.
- Knowledge of courier services, logistics operations, and local market conditions is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and coordinate with different teams.

Employment Details

- Working Days: As per company policy.
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. OR 10AM to 6.30PM
- Salary: As per experience and company norms.
- Work Location: As assigned by the company.
