Experience: 2–4 years in Restaurant / F&B; Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily floor operations and FOH team.
- Manage section allocation and ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor table turnover and seating efficiency.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure effective service recovery.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams during peak hours.
- Conduct shift briefings and monitor service standards.
- Ensure staff grooming, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
- Support team training and day-to-day operational requirements.
Skills: Guest handling, team coordination, communication, problem-solving, and restaurant operations.
Pay: ₹20,000.83 - ₹25,000.00 per month
