Job Description

Team With Someone is looking for a Sales Executive who has experience in handling customers, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

The role involves communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and maintaining regular follow-ups until the sale is completed.

We are looking for someone with good communication skills who is comfortable speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp and can manage leads in an organised manner.

Responsibilities

- Handle incoming enquiries and connect with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services.
- Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain lead records and update their status in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Work towards sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development,



inside sales, or customer handling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in handling customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM.
- A responsible approach to work and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in digital marketing is not required. Candidates with sales experience who are comfortable handling online enquiries are welcome to apply.

Freshers without relevant sales or customer-handling experience will not be considered.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary between ₹14,000 and ₹25,000, depending on experience.
