Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment

Job Description:

Hiring Saathi is looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Basic computer and MS Office skills.
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment will be preferred.

Work Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata (Work from Office)
