Hiring: Architect / Interior Designer – Commercial Fit-Out Projects

Safeway Interiors is looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Architect / Interior Designer to join our India-based design team.

The selected candidate will work on commercial interior design and fit-out projects across the UAE, including corporate offices, retail spaces, showrooms, hospitality projects, and other commercial developments.

We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in 2D drafting, 3D modelling, photorealistic rendering, space planning, and technical detailing who can independently handle design assignments from concept development to execution drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D layouts, space planning drawings, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D models and skilled, photorealistic interior renderings.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
- Develop detailed technical and shop drawings suitable for site execution.
- Coordinate with UAE-based architects, project managers, and execution teams.
- Incorporate client feedback and design revisions within project deadlines.
- Ensure design proposals are practical, cost-effective, and suitable for commercial fit-out execution.




- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial interior design and fit-out projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting).
- Excellent 3D modelling and photorealistic rendering skills.
- Proficiency in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of commercial interior materials, finishes, joinery detailing, and construction methods.
- Ability to independently prepare design presentations and execution drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate remotely with UAE project teams.
