About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Graduate Engineer Trainees (Electrical) who are passionate about developing their careers in core electrical engineering. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in electrical engineering, electrical safety, energy management, and technical consulting while working on projects across India.

The selected candidates will undergo structured training and mentoring from industry experts and will be involved in technical, operational, marketing, and client-facing assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting Electrical Safety Audits and Energy Audits across various industries and commercial facilities.
- Support the preparation of technical reports, audit findings, and recommendations.
- Participate in site inspections, electrical system assessments, and engineering studies.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of presentations for clients.
- Support business development, technical marketing, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and industry stakeholders.
- Travel to project locations across India as required.
- Continuously learn and apply industry best practices in electrical safety, energy efficiency, and facility engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in core electrical engineering.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
