We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager – After Sales to manage customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate timely resolution of after-sales requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, service requests, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with **Service, Spares, Production, Design and Sales teams** for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Track service calls, AMC, warranty, breakdown and pending customer requirements.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory closure of issues.
- Maintain customer records, service history and follow-up reports.
- Identify customer requirements and opportunities for additional services/spares.




- Collect and analyse customer feedback and communicate improvement areas internally.
- Ensure timely communication and professional handling of escalations.
- Prepare regular reports on customer complaints, service status and pending actions.

Candidate Profile

- *Qualification:* Diploma / B.Tech – Mechanical preferred.
- *Experience:* 3+ years in *After Sales, Customer Relationship, Service Coordination or Customer Support**, preferably in *machine manufacturing / industrial machinery*.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
