- Site Investigation & Assessment: Inspect site conditions, assess soil and rock characteristics, identify slope instability, and assist in evaluating ground conditions.
- Slope Stabilization: Supervise and execute slope protection, soil stabilization, soil nailing, rock bolting, rock anchoring, rockfall protection, and erosion control works.
- Shotcrete & Guniting: Manage dry-mix and wet-mix shotcreting/guniting operations, including surface preparation, wire mesh fixing, thickness control, curing, and quality checks.
- Rock Anchoring & Drilling: Supervise drilling, installation of rock anchors/SDA anchors, grouting, stressing, and related testing activities as per approved specifications.
- Ground Improvement & Foundation Works: Coordinate soil improvement, grouting, micropiling, and other geotechnical works as per project requirements.
- Site Execution & Supervision: Monitor daily progress, manpower, machinery, materials, productivity, and project schedules.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare method statements, daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption reports, inspection requests, test reports, and as-built records.




- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable IS/IRC codes. Coordinate material testing, pull-out tests, and other required quality tests.
- Safety Management: Implement site safety procedures, conduct inspections, and ensure the use of appropriate PPE and safe working practices.
- Client & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, contractors, and internal AES teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Planning & Reporting: Track project progress, identify execution challenges, support quantity verification and BOQ preparation, and report project status to management.
- Cost & Resource Management: Monitor material usage, equipment utilization, manpower deployment, and site expenses to ensure productive project execution.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
