About The Process:

We are hiring for one of the largest E-commerce companies in the US. This is an international voice process where you will be helping US customers with their orders, queries and concerns and delivering an excellent customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and issues related to online orders over voice

- Assist customers with refunds, returns and replacement of damaged products

- Track orders using Tracking ID and provide accurate updates to customers

- Resolve customer complaints and ensure first time resolution

- Inform customers about new offers, promotions and updates

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

- Document customer interactions and follow company process

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduates can apply

- Experience: Fresher with excellent English or 1+ year experience in international BPO

- Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written

- Good listening skills,

- Willing to work from office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai

- Comfortable with US rotational night shifts
