Job Description – Senior Production Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities for automation and SPM machines.
- Manage assembly, fabrication, machining, and machine integration activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Electrical, PLC, Quality, and Purchase teams.
- Ensure production targets, project timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and assembly layouts.
- Monitor manpower, material availability, and machine utilization.
- Troubleshoot production and assembly issues and implement corrective actions.




- Maintain production reports and ensure 5S and workplace safety.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in the Automation / SPM industry.
- Robust knowledge of machine assembly, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawings.
- Experience in production planning, team coordination, and project execution.
- Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
