**Role Objective:**

To lead and manage the pre-sales team, drive lead-to-site-visit conversions, ensure optimal utilization of digital marketing leads, and build a high-performance calling process that supports business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Pre-Sales / Telecalling Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly site visit targets.

* **Lead Management & Conversion:** Ensure timely calling on all marketing leads, database inquiries, and re-engage old leads to maximize conversion into confirmed site visits.

* **Project Pitching:** Train the team to effectively pitch projects like **Srivaru Orchards** – highlighting location advantages of Whitefield corridor, amenities, pricing, and investment potential.





* **Sales Coordination:** Ensure seamless coordination between pre-sales and sales team for site visit scheduling, confirmation, and attendance.

* **Process & CRM Management:** Enforce disciplined follow-up via calls & WhatsApp, maintain accurate CRM/Daily Tracker updates, call audits, and lead status hygiene.

* **Performance Tracking:** Track KPIs – Call Volume, Connect Rate, Lead Quality, Site Visit Ratio. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.

* **Feedback Loop:** Share insights on lead quality, customer objections, and market trends with the Marketing and Sales teams to improve campaign performance.

* **Quality & Compliance:** Educate clients on RERA compliance, legal clarity, and long-term investment growth potential in North/East Bengaluru.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

* 3-5 Years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales / Inside Sales.

* Proven experience in managing a team of 4+ telecallers.

* Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada & Hindi.

* Robust convincing, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.

* Target-oriented and able to work from office.
