hiring CRM executive for real estate and construction company in bangalore(Gunjur)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Be the primary point of contact for customers after booking; manage queries, requests, and follow-ups.

* Coordinate agreements, documentation, payment reminders, and milestone communications.

* Maintain accurate customer records, updates, and case status in CRM systems.

* Work with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to resolve concerns on time.

* Support customer site visits, escalations, and handover-related coordination.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* At least 1 year of experience in CRM, customer service, or a related role; real estate experience preferred.

* Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and relationship-management skills.





* Organized, empathetic, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across teams.

WORK SCHEDULE & BENEFITS

* Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

* Two Saturdays off each month, as per roster.

* Two Sundays are working days each month, with Monday off in lieu for those Sundays.
