About the Role
Karnex Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and talent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the recruitment team in managing walk-in drives and bulk hiring activities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with recruitment reports, documentation, and other talent acquisition activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills.
