- Working with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and appointments.
- Responding to patient needs, answering inquires, and handling patient concerns.
- Receiving and responding to patient complaints and compliments, and monitoring and analyzing complaints data.
- Conducting patient satisfaction surveys and ensuring customer service standards are met.
- Relaying important patient information to the relevant medical staff.
- Coordinating between different departments, and assisting patients with transactions at hospital department.
- Issuing analysis reports to management, and highlighting any trends in relation to monthly and quarterly reports.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
