Mortgage Choice Hobart is an Australian mortgage broking business looking for a talented Digital Marketing & Content Specialist based in India to help strengthen our digital presence, build brand awareness and attract potential customers.

This is not just a video editing or social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our digital marketing activities, contribute creative ideas and help us grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing & Reels Creation

- Create approximately 8 to 12 engaging reels and short videos per month for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Edit raw footage into professional videos with captions, transitions, animations, graphics and engaging hooks.
- Develop creative video concepts, scripts and storytelling ideas.
- Repurpose video content across multiple social media platforms.

2. Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile content.
- Create professional social media posts, carousels, stories and promotional graphics.
- Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar.
- Schedule content, monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow our audience.

3. Graphic Design & Marketing Materials

- Design attractive flyers, brochures, digital advertisements and promotional materials.
- Create professional Canva designs aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Develop marketing content for refinancing, first home buyers, property investment, construction loans and other mortgage services.

4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation





- Assist with planning and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop creative campaigns targeting Australian homeowners, first home buyers and property investors.
- Support email marketing, newsletters and customer engagement campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to generate qualified enquiries and improve online visibility.

5. Marketing Strategy & Reporting

- Research Australian mortgage, property and social media trends.
- Proactively suggest creative marketing ideas and campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and provide monthly reports.
- Take responsibility for assigned marketing activities and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation preferred.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Proficiency in Canva and graphic design.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and digital advertising.
- Experience in social media content planning, audience growth and lead generation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other content creation tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and consistently deliver quality work.
- A creative mindset with robust attention to detail.

Additional Advantages

Expected Monthly Deliverables

- 8 to 12 professionally edited reels or short videos.
- 8 to 10 social media graphics or carousels.
- Regular Instagram and Facebook stories.
- 1 to 2 promotional flyers or campaign designs.
- Monthly social media content calendar.
- Monthly marketing performance report.
- Assistance with digital advertising and lead generation campaigns.
