- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual LCV sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales objectives.
- Develop business opportunities across key customer segments, including small fleet operators, transporters, distributors, logistics companies, traders, and small business owners.
- Promote Ashok Leyland LCV products, including applicable Dost, Bada Dost, and Partner models.
- Identify recent customers, generate leads, conduct customer visits, and convert enquiries into vehicle sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, fleet owners, and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer preferences, and pricing to improve market share.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, roadshows, customer meets, and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with finance partners to facilitate vehicle loans and improve booking conversion.




- Monitor enquiries, test drives or demonstrations where applicable, bookings, retail sales, and vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure proper follow-up on pending enquiries and maintain an effective sales pipeline.
- Review sales performance regularly and take corrective action to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with service and spare parts teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, business forecasts, and territory performance reviews.
- Identify new market segments and applications to expand LCV business.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, documentation requirements, and customer service standards.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
