About the Role

We are looking for a Field Agent to identify residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale in different areas of Bengaluru. The candidate will interact with property owners, gather basic information, capture property photos and videos, and share the collected details with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned locations across Bengaluru to identify available properties.
- Connect with property owners and enquire about properties available for rent or sale.
- Collect basic information such as property location, size, expected price, rent, and availability.




- Take clear photos and videos of residential and commercial properties.
- Share property details, images, videos, and location information with the internal team.
- Coordinate with owners for property access and follow-up information.
- Provide regular updates to the team about newly identified properties.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹35,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
- Petrol allowance provided by the company.
- Practical exposure to residential and commercial real estate.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for fieldwork.
- Basic smartphone skills for capturing and sharing property information.
- Ability to interact confidently with property owners.
