Receptionist cum Digital Creative Executive

Image Creative Education, Ernakulam, is looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Receptionist cum Digital Creative Executive to manage front-office operations and support the institute's digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and an interest in social media and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office & Administration

- Welcome students, parents, visitors, and prospective students professionally.
- Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and WhatsApp messages.
- Maintain student enquiry records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with faculty members and the admissions team.
- Assist with daily administrative activities.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage the institute's social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Respond to online enquiries and generate leads for admissions.
- Assist in promoting courses, workshops, events, and scholarship offers.
- Update Google Business Profile and maintain online communication.




- Support digital marketing campaigns and track enquiry follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Friendly personality, good organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Freshers with the right attitude and relevant skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in reception, customer service, admissions, or digital marketing.
- Basic video editing and reel creation skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation.
