Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead digital and traditional marketing activities, strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, content strategies, online promotions, and brand awareness activities.
- Plan and execute traditional marketing activities, including field marketing, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and lead conversion results.
- Coordinate with sales teams to achieve marketing and business targets.




- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective campaign execution.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media promotions, and campaign management.
- Experience in traditional marketing, field promotions, and event management.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyse marketing performance and improve lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in stock markets, financial services, or investment-related marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing analytics.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
