- • Sourcing Talent: Identify and engage candidates using job portals (such as LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. • Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct telephonic or video screening calls, and evaluate candidates on skills, communication, and cultural fit. • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication throughout. • Offer Management: Assist with compensation discussions, roll out job offers, and follow up with selected candidates to ensure high joining conversions. • Pipeline & Data Management: Track recruitment metrics, update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS daily, and maintain accurate hiring reports. • Candidate Experience: Provide a skilled, engaging, and transparent experience for all applicants to build a strong employer brand.

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
