JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to join our jewellery r team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in the jewellery industry/showroom and a strong understanding of customer buying behavior in luxury/jewellery retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand customer's requirements and preferences
- Present and explain jewellery products (Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan, Silver, etc.) to customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain product knowledge of designs, pricing, purity, and current market trends
- Coordinate with the inventory/stock team to ensure product availability




- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain showroom standards, product display, and store presentation
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
- Stay updated on competitor pricing, designs, and market trends

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Mandatory: Prior work experience in the jewellery industry/showroom
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with excellent convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and CRM systems
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work under sales targets and showroom environment

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
