Job Overview

* Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & experience)

* Job Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi (On-site / Work from Office)

* Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

* Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

* Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

* On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, blogs, landing pages, meta tags, and HTML structures. Execute high-quality link-building strategies to generate authoritative backlinks.

* Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-traffic, high-intent, and low-competition keywords relevant to the education/e-learning sector.

* Technical SEO: Monitor and resolve technical issues including website speed, mobile usability, indexation errors, crawlability, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.

* Competitor Analysis: Track and analyze competitors' SEO techniques, keyword rankings, and backlink profiles to identify new growth opportunities.

* SEO Tools Management: Utilize industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics,



Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog daily.

* Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content writing team to plan SEO-friendly blog topics and optimize copy for better search visibility.

* Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports tracking organic traffic, keyword positions, and conversion metrics for the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience working as an SEO Executive or a similar digital marketing role.

* Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest Google core updates.

* Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and advanced SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs) is mandatory.

* Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS) is preferred.

* Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

* Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical capabilities to turn data insights into actionable SEO strategies.
