Key Responsibilities

- Source Home Loan and LAP files through Direct Sales (DST), DSA partners, and local connectors (property dealers, builders, and CAs).
- Meet prospective borrowers, check loan eligibility, and collect KYC, income proofs, and property title documents.
- Coordinate with internal branch credit, legal, and technical teams to clear sanction conditions quickly.
- Guide customers through loan agreement execution to ensure smooth and timely disbursement.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in HL/LAP or mortgage sales.
- Network: Strong relationships with local DSAs, connectors, and builders.
- Education: Any Graduate degree.
- Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field work.
