About the Role

We are looking for a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content, engaging motion graphics, and compelling visual stories that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

This role requires someone who combines strong video editing skills with creativity, storytelling, animation, and a good understanding of digital marketing. You should be comfortable transforming raw footage, ideas, and creative briefs into professional videos that capture attention and communicate messages effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Production

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional activities.
- Transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos with smooth transitions, appropriate pacing, and compelling storytelling.
- Create short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips.
- Handle colour correction, colour grading, audio enhancement, background music, subtitles, and sound effects.
- Optimise video content for different platforms, aspect ratios, and audience requirements.

2. Motion Graphics & Animation

- Design and develop creative 2D/3D motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects.
- Create animated promotional videos, product explainers, logo animations, and branded video content.
- Incorporate motion graphics into video projects to improve storytelling and audience engagement.
- Develop visually appealing animations that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Apply modern animation techniques to produce professional and engaging content.

3. Creative Content Development

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts for video campaigns.
- Translate scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into engaging visual content.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, product promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Stay updated with emerging video editing techniques, motion graphics trends,



and social media content formats.
- Ensure all video content maintains consistent branding, quality, and visual appeal.

4. Video Management & Delivery

- Manage multiple video projects while meeting established deadlines.
- Organise project files, raw footage, templates, and final video assets for easy accessibility.
- Review and refine video content based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure completed videos meet technical specifications, including resolution, format, audio quality, and file size.
- Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, and production quality across all deliverables.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics design.
- Proven experience creating engaging video content for digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Solid understanding of video composition, storytelling, typography, animation principles, and visual design.
- Experience with colour correction, audio editing, transitions, and visual effects.
- Ability to produce professional short-form and long-form video content.
- Solid attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics capabilities is required.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

- Experience creating product demonstration videos, explainer videos, and digital advertisements.
- Knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.




- Experience using AI-powered video creation and editing tools to improve productivity.
- Familiarity with AI video tools such as Runway, Pika, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, video engagement, and content optimisation.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, photography, and video production techniques.
- Experience creating content for technology companies, startups, or digital platforms.

You should be able to take a project from concept to final delivery, work with minimal supervision, and consistently bring fresh ideas to the creative process.
