Purchase Order (PO) Validation

- Verify purchase orders (POs) for accuracy, including item description, quantity, pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Cross-check POs against approved purchase requisitions, quotations, and vendor confirmations.
- Ensure all POs have the required internal approvals before processing.
- Coordinate with the Procurement and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies in PO details.
- Validate vendor invoices against POs, delivery challans, and goods receipt records.
- Track open POs and follow up on pending deliveries, shortages, and order fulfilment.
- Maintain proper records of POs, amendments, and supporting documents

Vendor Coordination & Management

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding order confirmation, material availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials as per PO commitments.
- Obtain quotations,



compare commercial terms, and coordinate with the Procurement team for vendor selection, where required.
- Communicate PO amendments, quantity changes, delivery rescheduling, and other order-related updates to vendors.
- Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, quality, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Maintain updated vendor records, contact details, delivery commitments, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth material movement and timely closure of orders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
