Rathi Buildmart is looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Sales CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, sales follow-ups, and customer data. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with the sales team.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Record customer inquiries, leads, quotations, and sales activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments.
- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure timely customer follow-ups.
- Track leads and monitor their progress from inquiry to order confirmation.
- Maintain daily sales reports, follow-up reports, and customer databases.
- Contact existing customers to maintain relationships and generate repeat business.
- Remind the sales team about pending follow-ups and significant customer commitments.
- Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and dispatch teams regarding customer orders.
- Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.




- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues to the concerned department when required.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of CRM software or customer database management is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to maintain customer records and prepare reports.
- Responsible, disciplined, and customer-oriented approach.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or telecalling will be an added advantage.
